|Domaine de la Solitude, Rose, Bright nose, cherry and cool strawberry palate offset by a spicy, serious finish. S. Fr., 13 %, 2009,||Fourme D’Ambert Blue Cheese Cow, France. This blue cheese is injected with Vouvray moelleux, a sweet white wine from Chenin Blanc grapes. Very creamy.|

Strong aroma but a mild, creamy taste. Distinctive by the vegetable ash in the middle. This cheese is a wonderful melting cheese, although it also makes quite an impression on a cheese plate.|
